I had booked online air ticket on Mumbai-Chennai route- through travel agent VARAFI.com for VISTARA airlines on 18.1.23 at 21.31 hrs- confirmed on UK825 of Vistara flying at 9.45AM . I received an email confirming my ticket upon demanded payment of Rs.2887/-. Now just a while ago someone calls and lets me know that the flight UK-825 has been delayed by 72 hours and therefore all PNRs have been aborted. WHEN I CONTACTED VISTARA DIRECTLY THEY SAY THAT THE FLIGHT IS ON AT SCHEDULED TIME.
Therefore this company seems to be bogus and is cheating on customers giving false information and defrauding the innocent travelers. These people must be booked for falsifying the information to dupe people. I need refund of the money also @v Rs.2887/ which I paid them plus penalty of Rs. 6000/- being cost of new ticket on that flight or any flight at that time i.e. 9.25 a.m.
