I booked a zoom car and picked it yesterday. It was a red swift. While picking up the car, I told the operator that the condition does not look good. He assured me the car is in excellent condition, I took his word and picked the car from rajouri garden, Delhi to my hotel – Sheraton in saket. I had an important meeting this morning at 8 out of station for which I booked the car. I went down and the car just won’t start. It was inoperative. It was not working at all. I called the operator from whom I picked the car, he didn’t picked up any of my calls. He even switched off his phone. I then contacted the emergency accident number given on the app. I talked to atleast 4 to 5 people there, they told me that they also were not able to track the car since last night. then someone came and towed the car back to your offices. I paid 9000 including 3000 returnable amount. I booked the car for 3 days and filled up the tank with 1000 rs worth of fuel. I was not able to use the car at all. And now they are only refunding me 3000 out of 10000 I spent. I want full refund of 10000 and I want to talk to the supervisor ASAP.
