Respected Sir,
My name is Divakar and I want to complaint against Ziva Solution. I was contacted from ziva Solution by a man asking if i want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, the job was to complete 800 forms in 7days. If it is 80% accuracy, then they will make pay me RS.24000 and will deduct Rs.5100 from it as there fees.But if not completed, i have to pay them Rs.5100 as penalty. I have start the work in 18 september 2022 and Submit the work in 25 september 2022but QC report failed . They didn’t said you have to pay the penalty amount. Today i got a mail from Advocate Vishal Sharma, Advocate Associate, chandrapur cibil court, 261/c,Near Morarji Circle, Arogya nagar, chandrapur Gujarat-363621.This is the Advocate details.This Advocate sent a mail to me.After he calls me ,he said that if i doesn’t pay the penalty ,he said that he will take legal actions against me.I am afraid of that, i have to pay Rs.9150 including penalty and legal charges.After that he said that Rs.40000 extra paid to him. Iam totally depressed ,i don’t have such amount ,i ask to him.After that
This Advocate mentally and emotionally tortured me from call.He blackmails me for if i doesn’t pay the amount ,he will ruin my whole career and life by closing the file in court and pay an amount of 1.4 kakh. I am totally depressed and mentally tortured by them.I think now this is fake.If it is fake or not.I don’t know how to do.I can attach image of the mail by Advocate associate.Please ,it is my humble request to look into matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people have no jobs.Please take remedial actions against these fraudulent activities. Thanks and regards. They said if the file claims in court you won’t have future any govt job private job or passport visa anything you won’t receive. For all this you are responsible to ruin your career. Please kindly look into to this complaint and take necessary action to not loose the life of me and so many .

I am also facing the same problem since today afternoon… I got work past just 4 days..i paid penalty to. 5100/- today itself… Now the advocate threatening me to give 30600/- for cancellation the agreement before 4.00pm today . I have not that much amount in my account. Then I said no, then he forced to pay the amount otherwise meet the court with husband physically, If I can’t paid the amount before 4.00pm ,meet the court he said.
What I do????
