Dear Sir
I have purchased a neckband wireless headphone 12.12.2023 (CrossBeats Shuffl ) from Amazon. As the T&C it’s one year warranty from company and its already expired.
Last two/ three months have faced some issues from the device, it is volume Plus key not working properly. Two days ago I have a claim submit on OneAssist and after submission the warranty one o their assistance Mr Sanwaz called me and asking why the delayed for warranty submission. Then I clarify all the reasons in that time ( My family person medical issues and I also suffered by FOX virus and last month my father expired). Today I again received one madam call she told me warranty rejected due to the delayed submission.
Please look into the case. And also request to the Amazon if this type of service provide from the team then why the customer purchased the product from Amazon? It’s negative remarks for the Amazon.
