Hello, Recently i have purchased an AC from Amazon and as per the product description it says it comes with 1 Year complete Warranty and 1+4 year on PCB and 1 + 9 year on compressor.

Same was confirmed by Amazon Customer Service Agent over email.

But when i reached out to brand, they denied it, they says, you need to register for extended warranty to avail 1+4 year warranty on PCB.

I raised it to Amazon executive customer care. They now says you need to register for extended warranty. They can not mention all the details with Product.

If you see warranty is the major info about the product and AMAZON is showing the wrong info and if some one misses to register for extended warranty then its a loss. I expect everyone will be missing to register and later on face same when some thing goes wrong with product.
