I am using oneplus 7t phone which is VOLTE suppotlrted phone. But there is no video calling option is not showing. I am using jio in sil slot -2, in that sim video calling option is showing. For experiment i i changed the airtel sim from slot -1 to 2 , but i didnot get any result.

I contacted with airtel customer care executive but they told me your phone is not supporting volte but i tested that sim slot by using jio sim, the video calling option is showing.

Kindly help me in this regard.
