I have purchased USB rechargeable wireless portable vacuum cleaner from Eezee shop in online Cash on delivery (COD) for Rs.999 vide order No. #BS83745 dt.10th Aug’23. The item is very poor quality and it is looking like a toy…the item further is totally different from the one which was shown in video. I want to return the item and claim for refund…however i am clueless whom to approach….Pls help me in getting the refund of Rs.999 at the earliest.
