I had to take a loan from this app – Toop Loan due to some unavoidable financial situations as on 10th July 2023 and the payment due date was 18th July 2023. Before that they offered me to get a loan of INR 50,000.00 for which I need to pay the processing fees of INR 1,400 and I paid that as I was in need of cash very urgently. They again asked me to pay another INR 1,400 as GST charges but I didnt accept to pay and asked to refund the processing fees. They have not accepted and not refunded the paid amount. Instead of that they started to send messages through Whatsapp and asking me to pay the amount of Rs. 24,000.00 as repalyment of loan which I didnt take or the said amount not received on to my account.
