I am Using Tikona Broadband From 2019-2020. but From Start To End I Am Getting Frequently Disconnection…After Many Complaint They Said To Upgrade Your Plan..so I Have Upgraded My All Plans And Paid Full Money to Them…Now Still I Not Got Any Resolution…so After All Possible Tries I Have Taken GTPL Broadband In Emergency Need… And After That For Single Day I Haven’t Used Tikona Service.. So I Have Requested for Disconnection and Refund For My Money…But Still This Stupid Company Customer Care Saying That We Can Not Refund Your Money as Per Our Rules
