i bought laptop from flipcart and i found defect in screen of that system ..i raised a return request under the return policy but after some days they cancled return request …again after complaining they gave me another request id ……and i was waiting for return of my system but again they did this same ..cancled the return requst and now they are saying your 10 days return policy is over…..this is unfare to me
