Recently I have purchased a dress for my son in Amazon and i want to return it. But the issue is: it is showing item has not delivered. So i cannot place a return request. So i approach the customer service and they are telling that return window is closed. So we cannot do it. But the thing here is it has 10 days return policy and i have contacted them on 24,27 jan. And the item delivered on 17 jan. There are telling return window closed on 23 itself.
