My jio prm I’d has been disabled since 2 months and some days.I ask to customer care but they are unable to do that they ask me talk with distributor.while.i talk to distributor they refer to tsx and tsx refer to their senior (Harish Chandra).but they have not activated my account yet I have lost 5000 money with jio prm please help me
