I have recharged for Rs 279 and I received a message as below
Dear Customer, as per our records you are not eligible for the life insurance as your age is not between 18 and 54 years. You can always claim other Airtel Thanks rewards from the app. To install app, click airtel.in/5/app
Request you to review the same as there is no mention in the offer that insurance will not be provided for person above 54 years. If the same cannot be issued you could issue the same for any of my family member or refund my money I will go for another recharge option for my no.
Please do the needful.
