I have purchased the mivi collar2 bluetooth earphone few months ago..
But now one right hand side speaker doesn’t work so i send it them to replace it or repair it and they asked me it wilp be done within 15 days so now it is been over 25 days i haven’t received any of the response from that side and now if i try to call them they answer me after over 30 minutes and never provide me any information regarding my bluetooth..
Can you please look in to it ??
