I am facing internet issue from last few week but from last few days my internet stops working from 11pm to 8 :30 am morning, I complaint twice but the complaint goes to same technician twice and he hasn’t visited to check the issue , after 8:30 my internet starts and then technician told me at present you got the internet so when it goes off call me, even calling many times he doesn’t pick up call , and second time same excuse was given, and closed the complaint. Now I don’t like gtpl service, so I want proper service and reply if any problem done and if not possible refund my money.

I’m facing the same issues with GTPL.
I have paid 14 Months payment for broadband service and after 12 months they stopped service and said that we have 12 Months in our records.
I have provided receipts as well, I have been asking for solutions for more than 1 month now.
They took the responsibility of one of our local service providers “Vision Smartlink Networking Pvt Ltd”
And I’m the customer of them and they said that now GTPL will manage.
I have discussed this with the GTPL manager they said we can’t do anything.
This is not an ethical, I’m wonder how many people suffer due to this kind of scammers GTPL.
I would wait for 2-3 days more if they will not provide the service then file case in consumer court.
I would request to everyone that they should also share if they have any issues with GTPL and file cases.
