About the offer and the bad product quality provided by the flipkart sellers

Dear Sir,

My name is Mayank Rathore and I have been a valuable customer of Flipkart for so long, but I haven’t faced such an issue ever from flipkart. This time I am really disappointed with the Flipkart seller, customer support and the whole flipkart team who are the part of order placing and processing.

I have purchased 6 items from flipkart during the big billion sale, that time there is an offer on Axis credit card for a flat 10% discount over the purchase of 5000. So I wanted to purchase 3000 rs items but due to the offer i brought it above 5000. All products. received 1 by 1, but the last 2 products are really very disappointing.

1. I bought “Dhandevi textiles Stainless Steel Karwa Chauth 7 Pieces Decorative Pooja Thali Set ( Red) ( Thali Size 9”) Steel (7 Pieces, Red)”. once i received it and i check it, first of all it is not steel, second it is having the missing agarbatti stand, and instead of proper lota they just provide a very tiny vessel, then i place the replacement request, but after the return comes, the size of thali is not 9 inch and the same as well as damage material received. it is not 10% of the product shown in the picture and the review section of the product. Now unable to replace.

2. One more item I put for the replacement “Plus91 Men Cargos” of brown color cargo jogger 36 waist size, but they provide me the army green normal cargo of 36 waist, so I put in a replacement request with proper reason and remarks. But the seller again sent me the same pattern and color of 38 size, now this is again not replaceable.

The main issue is if i can return those things then my offer savings reverted and adjusted in the other purchased product only and no refund received from flipkart. which is a big loss.
I just want to know before making anyone a dealer, do flipkart check the quality of that product? Secondly if the seller is giving the wrong or damaged product after the replacement, is this the customer fault? If not then why do I need to bear the loss, the benefit which i received during my purchase is adjusted in other products.

Instead of taking action on the seller who provides poor quality and deceives customers, flipkart adjusts the return amount to the other purchases and due to that the discount received for the purchase via credit card is reversed. Also the customer care executive did not log the complaint and cut the call every time when I told him to escalate to their seniors. I have been chasing them since last week, but not getting any solution on this.

Just provide me the refund amount of the damaged and wrong product without affecting my offer discount. else provide me the proper product as i ordered.

At last i need to put the mail to grievance. Kindly look into it and provide a positive response from your end. Attached screenshot for your reference.
