Respected Consumer Complaint Forum,

 

I have ordered a Symphony Desert Cooler from amazon.in on 23rd May, 2020 for my parents who are living in Delhi. I already paid for the above order via using my debit card ending with 5344, Still the order is not delivered to my parents in this hot temperature and neither any confirmation of order. I wants to cancel the order but amazon is not taking cancellation for the above product. Amount of Rs. 11650/- already deducted from my account but amazon is not replying and even not cancelling the order. Kindly help us in this cheating and provide a solution asap.
