I have bought a new jio sim from reliance digital attapur and one day later the sim got suspended stating that someone requested them to do it as they lost their sim. Now my concern is how come a stranger can submit a request on my sim card without my personal information? How did the jio sold the sim which is not deactivated and in use? I want you to take a strict action on this because i have been facing issues whenever i call jio support and none of them are responding to my concern neither on calls nor on twitter.
