Text of Complaint by Alok kumar mishra:

I registered for the jio fibre and didn’t got it installed on the exact date as mentioned by the company and even after talking to customer care multiple times I never got to have any solution for my problem and most of the times the customer care was also not responding properly . They took 299 to purchase new sim card for jio fibre and it’s now more than a month there is no single update or response from the company for installation and even without asking or informing me they even cancelled some orders from their side . And now not even their customer care is listening the problem and is disconnecting it while being connected.
