Hi, I recharged my phone no. 7738909117 of 3998 pack. I suppose to get 500 + 500 minutes to India India and local. I did not call more than one minute to my father and my phone get disconnected. I tried to approach airtel customer care and I got reply about i used all 500 minutes. Even before landing. Same situation now I am facing with data, even I used limited in amout. Customer care saying I used almost full and only 3.5 GB is remaking out of 5 GB. I would say airtel looting Indian peoples from last seven year. This has to be stopped now.
