I installed dhani app by seeing advertisements in tv. For to satisfy my curiosity i installed app to avail the cashback from dhani. So i used some amount for to use dhani services they charges subscription fee i paid that . On may 2021 i utilized some amount from dhani and next month it was converted into 3 emi automatically including other hidden charges. If want to pay the whole amount i was not able to pay on same month if i wait for another 2 months to emi day they will charge extra 2 months subscription fee.so i called their customer care executive and told my concern they send me a link to pay the whole amount through that link i paid with that link. After paying the balance does not updated in the app so i am unable to cancel the subscription i mailed those executives and ask them to cancel my account and deactivate all my services they said ok . After that i didn’t used that app till now. On December i received a call from thier executive and ask me to pay the subscription amount from that date .
