Text of Complaint by HARSH YADAV:

I brought a fireboltt gladiator watch on 12 February 2023

After receiving the product there was a battery issue.so I issue a replacement from the company

The company man took the product with in 3-4 days

After 10 days I received an email from company due to unavailability of the product replacement will take time

As per company replacement policy they have to replace in 20-25 days

Now it’s been almost 2 month
I have not received the product

In email company is responding as we can give you the voucher so that I can select some other product than the one I order and they are not giving the same product plus I don’t want order product so I ask for refund and they are refusing it.

  1. Same thing happen with me i brought fire blott watch mar 23, after two month charging socket not working. I visited to near service center he suggest for replacement. after 20 days follow-up they reply watch not in stock you will received coupon code. i reply new watch you are selling on portal why not replace my old watch. the agent reply we don’t have stock for replacement we have stock for new watch.

    I refuse for coupon cord and asking for replacement or repair watch. he say accept coupon code or wait but not sure when you replace 1 month or 1 year.
