I ordered one mobile phone from Flipkart and applied exchange of my old phone….During the delivery time the e kart delivery boy check the device and find the dents and white spot on the screen of the mobile….that spots and dents is not available at all ….after that he reduce the value of my phone from 5300 to 3250 then I said there is no such problem in the device …after that he said give me 1000rs instead of 2000 otherwise I cancel the order…
