After receiving the product i raised a return and refund request within 3 days as there is a 7 days policy to return and refund. But after compaints they asked me for my bank account to which they will give credit and other proofs of product and my Aadhaar card. I provided all these informations at the same time. After that they said they will give resolution by 8 july and on 5july they rejected the return and when i called the flipkart care they said u can’t raise the request again as the last date was 1st july.
