On 5th of February I got installed the airtel Xtreame fibre with a plan worth 3534 rupees at charantimath garden ,Dharwad,Karnataka-580001.
After installation the upload speed was almost zero so I contacted the technician “Mohammed saleem”(contact:8951471263) as he installed the router.I called him regarding this issue he is just ignoring tell that he has some other work and tells I’ll be coming soon from 5th feb 2022,11:44 am.still there is no response from the airtel xtreame fibre team as sunday is also the working day.so I need the solution for this problem as i have passsed more than 30 hrs without wifi.
