Hi..i opted for tata sky fire stick through Tata sky App and it was clearly mentioned thr tht the installation is free of cost.. but whn the guy with sfire tv stick came he installed and asked me to create another amazon accpunt from him using his password and user id..whn i asked why then he said ur existing account wont work.i will create one then only it will work..whn i said no thn he asked secretly changed my monthly plan from 303/- to 744/- per month. And said he wont install my fire tv stick..how ever next day whn i complained then another guy came with another fire tv stick and simoky gave to me to install it.. he said u will have to do it urself over the phone which was just oppossite of tata sky commits..and he asked me OTP on call also saying only thn ur fire tv stick will be registered..Now tata sky says my fire tv stick is registered so they so they have charged 299/- wherein the fire tv stick was never registered..bever activated and never evn used for one second also.. so after complaingin and escellating the issue to highr leber they have diconnected my tata sky connection..now when i have complained and made up my mind to take this case legally in the court of law at any cost as it has become a prestige issue for me. Just wanted to know how to proceed.
