Text of Complaint by SACHIN SAXENA:

MY SELF SACHIN SAXENA I BELONGS TO VARANASI, I HAVE INSTALLED TATASKY ON JULY 2018 AND MY SUBSCRIBER ID IS 1279124406 ,

AFTER INSTALLATION TWO MONTHS LATER THE SET TOP BOX WAS NOT RECEIVING SIGNALS IN MORNING HOURS, THE AUDIO MSG WE GET THAT YOUR TATA SKY SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND IT WAS CONTINUOUSLY ANNOUNCED BY SET TOP BOX.

I HAVE COMPLAINED AROUND 6-8 TIMES AND ALL THE TIME THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY SURE ABOUT THE ISSUE WILL SOLVED BUT THE ISSUE IS STILL THE SAME EVEN AFTER THE 10 MONTHS AND SEVERAL VISITS OF TECHNICIANS.
