From last 2 months I suppose to recharge 340 and enjoy channels as per my choice. However a week before received a call from executive that I could opt a new plan which was same as currently having while charges will be reduced by 270 with GST instead of 340. Now while rechargeing now I need to pay 422 not a single channel added or removed from my end.. This is how I am regarded, don’t know how team was calling directly without knowledge.
