Text of Complaint by MAYUR SHARMA:

I have ordered Poco F4 5G on first sale on 27 June 2022 with exchange of my Poco F1 smartphone. I was promised to get it delivered by 28 June 2022 before 2 pm. Even I paid extra charges for it. But delivery partner ekart and delivery boy refused to deliver it to me. Delivery partner threatened me that if I complaint against them then they’ll cancel my order. Also they said they’ll not do fair exchange of my Poco F1 smartphone. They said they’ll report that my smartphone is in bad condition for exchange and will cancel my order. They said that they’ll also report that I was unreachable or was not at home without even calling me and will cancel my order. They said that they are not afraid of anything and anyone and at most they’ll loose job and will find another job. I even contacted to Flipkart customer care by both call and chat, and even Flipkart customer care didn’t helped me and only escalated my complaint and increased dates of resolution. Flipkart customer care executives also abused me and cut the calls and said we’ll not help you or we’ll take our time else don’t ask for help. I want my product, my money back and compensation amount for misbehave and mistrust. Also for delay in service and not offering me fair value for exchange of my Poco F1 smartphone. I’ll also take legal action and will also post all chats and recording to social media and TV media and print media so that everyone know your truth and frauds.
