We are facing Network Issue in our area we try to reach Customer care but they told that His systems Is On update So Call later, Now Daily We face Same problem any one call us but Can not reached complete call because phone is not in service area. And When phone is in Service Area There is No Internet work Properly And company claim 4g Data Service, But it looks like this is run with 1G internet service. Please solve us Our problem Otherwise I need compmplaint against Jio in Trai.
