We visited ur Airtel store to get change our Sim…Had to visit repeatedly for 2 days . The Employee Mr Sushil wasted our 2-3 hrs always asking to deposit dues about 4 times . Could not resolve our matter . Had to approach higher officials in Airtel in our personal capacity to sort out d issue. Such useless employees without brains should be shunted out as they just spoil reputation of Airtel…
