I finance a cell phone from HDB Bank in February 2022
And they install a screen lock software in my device I paid all my installments my last was in November.
when I asked them to remove the software From my device they openly refused to remove the software and now anytime they lock my screen unnecessary
They are not removing that software from my device and even I can’t reset my phone because of that software they have all the access of my device
