i ordered samsung A50 recently and it has the speaker issue for which the return request was placed on 6th april and tech visit was arranged and the return request was rejected on the fake response of the technician..i again requested for return for which the tech visit was arranged on 09th april but again same technician turned up and again the request was rejected because of fake update..thereafter i again requested for the third time and in the report which i signed it was mentioned that the sound quality is poor but inspite of the fact the return was again rejected..kindly look into the matter at the earliest else no option would be left for going to the consumer court..for your reference i am attaching the third tech visit document
