Respected Sir/Madam
Few days back I placed an order to deliver a parcel from Kakinada to Hyderabad in your DTDC but when the delivery boy came to our house today he was rude and was asking for came down to take my parcel at Hyderabad. I request him to give deliver on my door while i am in office work but he rudely saying like if you are not come to take your parcel i will not give it to you. So say him not to be like this with other customers. Firstly he was very rude no body is going to tolerate this kind of behavior. I need strict action in this.
