I ordered (order no.22095) room heater (OREH-1210) from shoporeva on 14 jan 24. But gave another heater(OREH-1209) and after exchanging it the correct heater came but it had manufacturing defect for which I talked to shoporeva but today it’s been 1 month but I have not got any refund or exchange.so again and again I called to shoporeva but got no response. So I wanted a refund.
