Text of Complaint by Rahu Kumar:

I had ordered Prestige Magic 4 Burner Gas Stove- GTMC 04 L, Black Colour, Glass, Manual on 13th July 2022, due to some issue i had requested for a return, my first return was scheduled on 20th July 22 but at the end moment the customer service told me that due to verification failure the pick up coud not happen, I rescheduled the pickup again for 27th July 22 and the same thing happened, the whole day i called to Amazon customer service for 5 times and the executive told me that the pickup is scheduled, but at 7:00PM on 27th July 22, a lady named Shivangi from Amazon customer service told me that the pickup has been cancelled again and reasson was givn as it was refused by the customer,though I had never refused for it, I had a aconversation with Mr SURAJ P ( Senior executive) he was also not able to provide any specific reason for cancelation and scheduled another pickup for 5th August 22, this is such a pain and horrible experince from Amazon my ordeer id was-# 404-5153526-5589106, II want a complete actions agaainst all these customer service executives who misguided me and also the product to be returned and my refund to be initiated as soon as possible
