I am following up from last 10 days but my issue is not yet resolved, I spoke to Aarzoo from pepperfry she is not ready to understand the issue i am facing she just want to see if bean bag has some cut , otherwise according to her no defect is there according to pictures attached .
I don’t understand the issue i am facing how she can check from the pic and give the judgement and simply say sorry , i can waste my valuable money like this in fraud like pepperfry
I ordered bean bag from your website. I want to return the product due to following cited issues I faced in last 3 days:
1) while using the product my friend encountered a skin infection and had itching problems in the full body with red marks
2) the bean bag has manufacturing defect and bean comes out everytime in bulk quantities and everytime I put those inside the bag but again it comes out.
3) Also we ordered XXXL bean bag assuming it to be a big size but the product received is a normal average sized bean bag.
4) the bean bag is not at all comfortable to use as is mentioned in the website. While using the product I was having serious back pain and that’s not a bean bag is meant for.
Considering the issues faced, request you to take back the product as It no longer serves my basic purpose. If this issues is not resolved ASAP i am going to take a action on this.
Also to bring to the notice of Pepperfry team Your executive have no basic etiquettes how to talk with a girl. the customer executive was very rude and did not attempt to understand the issues faced by us.
So request you to help on the same.
