I’m experiencing the wrost customer service from the amazon. From 31st of the last month onwards I was raising request and complaint againt the pickup but no one is taking as serious. Almost I was raised 5 return request along with 10 complaints but still no one contaced me and they update like attempt failed or verification failed even after reaching the customer care couple of times also no use.
After couple of attempts The call transferred to leadership team and he(pavann) said that from 7th july onwards orders are getting late. In that case why they are not mentioned that. Everyday the order pickup is canceling and I’m raising return request again by calling customer care. If really there is a issue please update the same instead of mentioned attempt fail or verification failed. I called more than 10 times and the issue I was facing from 28th july onwards but still it not yet resloved.
