I’ve ordered my mivi duo pods A25 which was defective. It had a charging issue. So I returned the product within 1 day. They told that,” your product is under testing and you’ll get it within 20 days”. But in reality……nothing happened. I’ve called many mivi callers and they just ask sorry and even worse they cut our calls. They’re telling that,”within 72 hours you’ll receive an email about the status of your product”. But in reality the only send sorry email. Does that sound fair ??.
I request them to give my 1200 rupees back and I advise not to buy from this scamming company
