I bought a jio sim numbered 8918757238 on 2017..I had been keeping that no on to 2020.After 2020 I did not recharge this number.Today I got to know that this ph no has been given to another person and he using it.My complaint is that how could jio company do this without my permission?I purchaged this sim showing my all documents such as adhar card..photo.Since Idid not recharge the number so the gave this to another person without informing me.If anything happens the jio company will be responseble for that.
