Hi Sir/Ma’am,
Dated 16 April, 2021 I have tried to book my air ticket through travellook (travolook.in) ref #REF235185449 and booking immediately it was cancelled due to an operational reason on go air flight.
I have contacted travelook support number and over email and they said wait for 10-15 work day after that time again asked to wait 7-10 day but there are not refunding the amount back neither helping just only sending the same reply whenever I mailed . Almost two month past but result is same. Please help me to get the refund from travolook or suggest any other legal process to start.
