I pay my bills on cred app on aug 12 of 2022 i pay my credit app bill like that,In that bill i accidentally take sheld plan. I requested cred team to cancel the plan.
They cancel the plan and refunded my money to my payment back of rupees 5342rs. They refunded me of 1190rs.
After that they canceled my credit card payment and didn’t informed me the cancelation information to me.
After some days i got message from credit card bank to pay the due fee and full fee.
I request the cred team to refund the failed transaction amount on aug 26.
Daily i am talking to them till today.
But they telling team will give a update but 37days are completed no one contacted me and refunded my amount.
