Respected Sir,
I have applied for a New jio fiber connection on 14.06.2025 via My jio App and paid Rs.1111.00 . Till date not got a single message or Call. Being much unlike with their service. I tried cancelling the booking in Myjio App. But no option is there and tried to call customer care. The recorded voice of customer care is telling the installation will be scheduled. No other option to talk to an executive. Or cancel the booking online. I tried the email option and sent an email requesting to cancel my booking refund the amount. I got a reply that, I have to contact via online website or my jio app. Again I tried in my jio app and No use in it as there is no option for it. kindly refund the money Back to me.
