I had booked ticket from Moscow to delhi.the airline itself cancelled the flight and announced on their official website that iam eligible for full refund.since i booked through Flipkart they asked me to contact them.But they gave me only partial refund.i have been calling them for last 2-3 months.but still no action from their side.And their behaviour towards the costumer is very bad.they are cutting their call when they are not having answer.i experienced same 5-6 times.
