i had asked for a wifi connection and for a registeration i had to submit a sum of 1200 rupess i did the same and waited for response however no one reached out to me for the confirmation on the same, neither anyone contacted me. afterwards i bought airtel connection as they are quick and best in customer service. but since then alomst a year to be passed but still waiting for refund. i am very much disappointed on what mukesh ambani is doing. looting money of poor people and building their own mensions.
