I have placed a order in croma online website
Totally 7 product
1- two sandisk (order id 300035826659)purchased on 13th October 2022 and I received this stuffs from croma delivery person
2- two goprotravel kit (order id 300035806997) I purchased on 13th October 2022
In this item I received one item and one more travel kit was returned and I got refund back recently Tat costs 3, 990
3-I have order a iPhone 12 ( order id 300035802764)
Purchased on 12th of October 2022
I have received from croma customer guy
4- two gopro hero 11 camera
(Order id 300035712491)
I have placed a order on 12th of October 2022

13th I got a call from croma guy to check with my address to delivery the product of gopro hero11 camera
I guided him a addres after some time he called me up and said we are finding your location we try to call u but not able to reach you tomorrow will delivery the product next day I called him back he said m in main branch
Will come my noon
I waited till the evening and I called him back, he said will come Tmr mam tat 14th of October 2022
Next day I called him
Again his number got switched off then I checked in my croma account it showing product got delivered to my address
I called customer care immediately they told will raise the complaint will resolve your problem I was getting a call from backend team they use to tell will give best resolution will get back to you none sliced my problem till now n from croma online backend teams not yet resolved my problem then I stared to mail to customer care everyday they were sending The mail ur complaint case is still open n we are doing investigating don’t wry will money get refund recently I got a cal from backend team one croma online executive guy spoke so rudely he told this product got delivered from bluedart guy till tat m not aware of this because non of person called from bluedart person they told me we are calling from croma
Same thing i told u croma back end team tat executive person told me it’s ur headach you need to check with bluedart person I have called bluedart branch too they said we don’t know anything plz u call to croma
Everytime I will cal to front desk ppl they are helping me lot to raise the complaint but backend desk guys will call me they will listen my story they are giving fake promise will get a cal to u wit in 24hr ur problem will resolve kindly wait and then without informing me they are closing my case
And they are not connecting to my call to any supervisor nor not connecting to bluedart team u asked them
Tat least provide the number who has delivery the product to me if they guys doing investigating then y cnt they provide bluedart person number to me
Here I din received product also nor my money from croma online service end and they are taking one side opinion n telling something to me all the time
Who paid the money here I nevr tot croma do fake in online n taking money from customer n giving fake promise
Everyday m fedup of dis
Bcoz of this my marriage got brokeup
Everyday groom harassing me n doing blackmail if I don’t reslove this problem he will come near my home n do trouble to me n my family
Once respect gone
I will die posting all der mail
N I asked them
If u cnt do dis Send me mail we are fail to clear the problem we kept money doing fake to ppl
Every should come to know how croma backend ppl doing fake to ppl
They are ready to listen bcoz m the one paid used my ex partner credit card
If my problem not resolve I need to gang myself I will Attach what all I got from croma
