Dear Sir,
I Praween Kumar am almost 5 years old customer of amazon, I ordered two products on 7th January 2023, order no. 408-0783114-7146732 which i received on 14 Jan 2023 one of the product which was 1699/- (airdops 141) i used it left side charging problem i returned it the delivery agent sent the product Checked well at the time of taking,But I haven’t received the refund yet, so I spoke to customer care about refund, they said wait for 3 days, you will get your refund, same day I received an email saying that the products I sent are duplicate, and your refund will not be back, while I didn’t send them any duplicate product, I sent them correct product, please help me sir.
