I ordered a kitchen containers worth rupees 695 and I pre-paid my order unfortunately due to technical issue order was not placed and my money get deducted …I complained they said your money will get refunded after 5 to 7 days but they doesn’t…again I call them they said complained was not raised wait 2 days more I called them after 5 days and they said mam your money was already transferred in your account after 48 hours …but I didn’t get my money back when I told them they are saying contact your upi it’s not our issue
