I booked my flight on 19th September 2022 through www.travolook.in, the flight was canceled by their end on that very day. Then I called the customer care of www.travolook.in they told me that, the amount would be refunded by 10 to 15 days. I didn’t receive, till yet. I KEPT on calling them & sending mails, but they are not returning my money. Their representative kept on parroting that it will take 3 to 5 days, wait for another 24 hours to 48 hours, but not getting the refund. More than 100 days have been passed. I haven’t received my refund.

Kindly look into the matter & please help me to get the refund..
