Yesterday, (date 16/12/2021) around 4.04 pm, I was trying to book a flight ticket for Imphal to dibugarh from travel look , after payment , one lady customer executive was calling me, & told me your ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration, no pnr was issued & told me your full refund will initiate within 7 days, Immediately I checked details & feedback through Google about travel look, it seems like fraud because lot of complain same as me was there about not refunding. Then I was calling travel look customer service today also but not picking up my call. Pliz anyone held me to get my refund as soon as possible it my hard earning money.
